Important Notes: These headliners are aftermarket conversion style headliners that are pre-sewn and tailored to fit this specific model. Your existing headliner as well as any stays between card board panels must be discarded. The headliners also include the bows (rods) to support the suspended headliner. The bows must be fitted to the roof of the car, so measuring and drilling is required. The Headliner is stretched in place, and the edges trimmed and finished much like a conventional headliner installation found in a vintage car.
These Non-Factory Style Aftermarket Conversion Headliners (inside roof covers) and Headliner/Sun Visor Kits either fit the 1966 Dodge Charger 2-Door Hardtop Fastback OR the 1967 Dodge Charger 2-Door Hardtop Fastback.
Industry Standard Replacement for OEM Material(s): Tier Grain Vinyl is the Industry Standard Replacement for the factory original headliner material for these Dodge Charger model years.
Headliner Only: You will receive a ready-to-install headliner; no sewing is required for the headliner. You will also receive extra matching material to allow you to re-cover your sun visors; sewing will be necessary to re-cover your sun visors.
Headliner and Sun Visors Kit: You will receive a ready-to-install headliner and ready-to-install sun visors. No sewing is required for either product.
These Automotive Interior Headliners include a
3-year (36-month) warranty from the manufacturer. Please see our

(1) What vehicle makes and model years does these headliners fit?
These Conversion Style headliners are intended for either the 1966 or 1967 Dodge Charger 2-door Hardtop Fastback body style.
(2) What does “Non-Factory Style” mean — how does this headliner differ from a “factory-style” headliner?
“Non-Factory Style” refers to an aftermarket conversion-style headliner. Unlike a factory-style replacement (which uses the factory headliner design and requires reuse of original bows and hardware), a conversion-style headliner comes pre-sewn and includes mounting bows/rods that must be fitted to the roof. This means the original headliner board and any original supports must be discarded.
(3) What is included in the headliner kit — what will I need to supply or prepare before installation?
The kit includes the pre-sewn headliner cover and mounting bows (since it's a conversion-style headliner). Because the bows are new, you must install them — which may require measuring, drilling into the roof and trimming/finishing the edges, similar to a conventional bow-supported headliner installation. Existing headliner boards or supports are not used.
(4) What kind of material is used for the headliner, and does that match typical or original Charger interiors?
The non-factory headliner is offered in Tier Grain Vinyl, which is the industry-standard material for replacement headliners for Mopar B-body hardtops.
(5) What should I know about the installation process and additional work required?
Because this is an aftermarket conversion-style headliner:
The original headliner board and any old stays/backing must be removed and discarded.
Installation will likely involve drilling to mount the new bows, stretching the headliner material tightly, trimming edges, and finishing the installation to the roof contours — more involved than simply installing a pre-cut factory-style liner.
Because of this, many owners treat this as a semi-custom restoration or “convert to bow-style” upgrade rather than a simple “replace old headliner” replacement.
